Revenue Cycle Management
Process medical claims, manage denials and appeals, communicate with insurance payers, and ensure timely revenue collection for US-based healthcare practices. Work with Epic, Cerner, and other EHR systems.
Coding & Documentation
Review medical records, assign accurate ICD-10 and CPT codes, ensure coding compliance, and work with healthcare providers to optimize reimbursement. Specialty-specific coding experience is a plus.
Credentialing & Enrollment
Manage provider enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Maintain CAQH profiles, coordinate re-credentialing, and ensure timely processing of all applications.
Clinical Documentation
Provide real-time documentation support during patient encounters. Listen to physician-patient conversations via secure video and accurately document in EHR systems. Medical background preferred.
Accounts Receivable
Follow up on outstanding claims with insurance companies, resolve payment issues, post payments and adjustments, and maintain aging reports. Strong communication skills required.
